Cyclones Football CIC is a dynamic Community Interest Company committed to providing high-quality, engaging activities for young people through our holiday clubs, football programs, and community initiatives. We are looking for passionate and reliable freelance staff to join our team for upcoming holiday club sessions, helping to deliver a fun, safe, and enriching experience for children and young people.
Role Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured holiday club activities, including sports, games, and creative projects.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages participation and fun.
- Assist in setting up and packing away equipment and materials.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members.
- Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people in a sports or recreational setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexibly during holiday periods.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Sports coaching qualifications or experience are a bonus but not essential.
